Paul has been coaching for 26 years now, currently coaching CJB Cyclones U 14 on Saturdays & Brampton Rovers U 14 Sunday. A long with his years of experience  he brings FA level 1-2  coaching badges and a UEFA B licence coaching badge, and hoping to be accepted for his UEFA A  this year. To go along with the prestige Paul brings to the club, He has 2 years experience with CFC Academy, FA youth Coaching award 1-2-3 and FA coaching mentor award.

Paul can help new coaches to organise sessions relevant to age, help them to do session plans, and even do a demo session so they can watch my language and attitude with the kids. Paul has a prestige 26 years behind him and willing to share with others wanting to learn from his.
